    手机短信宣教能否提高行无痛胃肠镜检查患者依从性的可行性研究

     

    Ebpay生命医药出版社于 Patient Preference and Adherence 期刊中刊登了一篇值得关注的原研: A cross-sectional study to assess the feasibility of a short message service to improve adherence of outpatients undergoing sedation gastrointestinal endoscopy in the People’s Republic of China。

    研究结果表明大多数患者拥有手机，手机拥有率为 94.9%，78.9% 的患者会使用短信功能。81.9 %的患者赞成以短信的形式进行宣教。年龄、职业、受教育程度、人均收入及长期居住地等是患者是否拥有手机及是否会使用短信功能的影响因素（P <0.0001）。多因素分析的结果显示是否拥有手机和年龄（P <0.0001）、受教育程度（P <0.0001）、及居住地有关（P =0.002）；前两者同样也是影响是否会使用短信功能的因素。
